Curious Apple

Produced using 70% Rubens apples and 30% Bramley apples from local orchards in Kent. All fruit is hand-picked and fermented using wine yeast to preserve their aromatic, delicate, crisp flavour. We're winemakers so there is absolutely no concentrates, no water, no bad fruit - just 100% apples!

Curious Brew

A truly premium lager beer. Brewed in England with precision and passion to create a uniquely satisfying, drier, cleaner, fresher, lager beer. Using East Anglian malt, saaz and cascade hops, then re-ferment using Champagne yeast before adding a "dosage" of the rare and fragrant Nelson Sauvin hop, before cold filtering this unpasturised beer into bottle. Curious Brew won best lager in                               the world under 5.0% ABV in the International Beer Challenge in 2012.

ABV: 4.7%

Curious IPA

A powerfully hoppy India Pale Ale is brewed using the finest pale ale malt and three complimentary hops. We’ve learned that great wine such as Champagne and Cote du Rhone use three great grape varieties working in harmony to create better balance and depth. We use traditional English Goldings - the traditional, fresh, sweet, delicate king of English hops and Bramling Cross, a forest fruity beauty. Finished with punchy, spicy, aromatic Chinook. Balancing these three hops creates a very drinkable beer of great power and harmony.

ABV: 5.6%

Curious Porter

Bottle Conditioned English Porter, matured with oak. This Porter has been brewed using crystal, chocolate, black and amber malts from floor malted Sussex barley. The bittering hop is Sussex grown Admiral with a small amount of Golding late hops. Matured with oak to give a delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness, this beer is bottle conditioned and unpasturised to preserve the extraordinary flavours. Contains barley malts. Try it with Chapel Down sparkling wine for the perfect Black Velvet!
