Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOUR: The grapes used for Versare Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from specially selected terraces in the top quality districts of Veneto.
TASTE: Deep ruby red, almost opaque. With a distinct and intense bouquet of black fruits and bramble. The palate is dry and full bodied, with luscious blackberry and blackcurrant flavours with good structure and restrained elegance. This full bodied red wine is the perfect accompaniment to all red meat, grills and robust casseroles.

TASTE: A ruby red, this Merlot has typical and elegant aromas of violets, plums and red fruits. It has a medium fresh bouquet with delicate red fruit flavours, good balance and structure. This makes it a perfect match for a wide range of savoury dishes including risotto, pasta and meat ravioli.

TASTE: Versare Pinot Grigio is straw coloured lending to greenish and has an expressive and delightfully intense bouquet. The palate is dry, soft, full bodied and well balanced. It makes a delicious aperitif and is also an excellent match with fish soups, grilled dish and mushroom based cuisine.

COLOUR: The grapes used for Versare Chardonnay are sourced from specially selected terraces in the top quality districts of Veneto.
TASTE: Versare Chardonnay is smooth and satisfying with a fruity nose and an excellent vanilla bouquet. With its gentle acidity it is ideal with white meats and fish, but also excellent as an aperitif.

TASTE: A famous white wine produced in the Veneto region, in North-East Italy. This wine is straw-yellow coloured, has a dry and harmonious flavour and an attractive bouquet. When served chilled, the wine reveals it is a perfect complement for starters and fish courses.
