DfW INTRODUCTION

DfW was established in 2005 by Barry Birch and his son.

Barry is DfW’s Wine Director and having been in the wine industry since 1984, his knowledge has been paramount to the success of the current business.

In 2009, Barry’s son Matt joined the business with the appetite to take DFW to the next level. Since then DFW has grown substantially servicing the ‘On Trade’ across Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire.

In 2018, Adrian Jackson became a shareholder & operations director. ‘Jacko’s’ expertise has been fuelled by his previous experience in the trade running various pubs, restaurants and golf clubs.

Based in Manston (Kent), with a depot recently established in Stansted (Essex), DfW provide an excellent range of quality wines at pricing which represents outstanding value.
